Volunteer Leaders Summit
This virtual biennial leadership conference is open to all affiliate group leaders, potential leaders and alumni relations staff of VCU’s colleges and campuses. It is a chance to network with other leaders from across the country and attend workshops on current and hot topics.
Webinars and YouTube videos
Volunteer leaders have access to a series of instructional and informational videos on the VCU Alumni YouTube channel. Live webinars throughout the year also provide tips and best practices shared by alumni staff, fellow constituent organization leaders and other institutions.
Strategy sessions
Depending on the constituent organization level status, staff liaisons will facilitate strategy session(s) at the end of the fiscal year. The strategy session involves a reflection on the fiscal year, addressing gaps and opportunities, and planning an outline for the next fiscal year.
